For Cogip, ‘construction’ does not only mean simply opening and closing a buildiCodice Eticong a site. Designing, developing, building and managing a project represent a way of creating a better world: territories and communities are a social and environmental resource that can protect our future.

Cogip’s social responsibility means a commitment to managing natural resources responsibly, using technology and materials with no or little environmental impact, coupled with a commitment towards respecting people and their skills.

The philosophy of the group’s projects is based on architectural recovery and environmental conservation, but most of all, we are centred around people as ‘receivers and users’ of the works we have built.
