The structure of the Holding centralizes services and functions (finance, administration and control, quality and safety, human resources, etc.) based on and Intra-Group approach, in order to achieve operational synergies and economies of scale. Holding is centrally structured with regard to internationalization policies, fund-raising and risk management.
