Requalification, respect for historical architecture and the environment, while also improving urban living in a new onset of connection with the territory – Cogip’s Real Estate Division has based a number of important initiatives in the centre of Catania on these key elements, all designed by the Architect Salvo Puleo.

Gestioni Immobiliari’s ‘Casta Diva’ Residence (14 apartments in a historical building in via Giovanni Di Prima 98) is an example of urban rebirth and represents the first step in the requalification project of the San Berillo area.

A further project of Gestioni Immobiliari SpA is a building in via Archimede 133, boasting 10 apartments and 5 office spaces.

Two other projects in the city centre of Catania include the demolition and reconstruction of 2 rundown buildings in via Leoncavallo (3 office spaces with underground car parking) and in via della Carvana (18 studio apartments with private underground parking).

Stepping towards the future, Cogip’s Real Estate division has also begun initiatives in the historical centres of Rome and Berlin.
